With a versatile background spanning marketing, startups, and retail, Ranjini knows how to connect with people. Now, she’s bringing that diverse skillset into the gaming world. Here is what she has to say about her new journey with us:

“I’ve always thrived in the Dynamic spaces because it lets you wear a lot of hats and learn at hyper-speed. That’s exactly what I was looking for here—a place where I could get truly hands-on. This is my first time working in gaming, and the excitement is real. What I love most about b-interaktive is the sheer amount of trust. I have the creative freedom to experiment and think outside the box, backed by a team that is there to fully support me. I’m constantly learning, testing new ideas, and bringing a fresh, Gen-Z perspective to the company’s goals. I can’t wait to channel my past experiences to really make an impact here. Side note: I am officially getting addicted to Dice Clubs. I totally get the hype now, and it’s easy to see why it’s been a massive hit for so long! I’m so ready for the years ahead with this team.”
