For some time now we’ve been working on a project that will be released by the end of the year (if you want to know more visit our Facebook page). Last week we’ve finally had an opportunity to test our game on a group of the most demanding critics – children from 7 to 11 years old.
Testing event took place in Alternatywna Grade School in Cieszyn, Poland. Kids were given devices and a few simple tasks which would help us determine whether the menus and navigation is clear for them. Apart from that they were just supposed to play and (hopefully!) enjoy the app.
The event took 2 hours but the results… Let’s just say we were a little surprised. Not only we’ve managed to gather a lot of (constructive!) feedback; some of the kids simply loved our game. 😉 And since the project is targeted mainly at the youngest we couldn’t have better and more demanding testers.
‘This event was first in Cieszyn and, as far as I know, in Silesia. Kids were very enthusiastic about it, some of them complained that they couldn’t play a little longer – said Marcela Tessar, principal of the Alernatywna Grade School. We’ve already planned a similar event after the summer break, this time with the improved version of the game and a few surprises.’
Children from the Alternatywna Grade School were the first who have seen the game live apart from the developer team.
